CANCELS & RETURNS

1. Canceling an order
As a general rule, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept cancellations of orders unless the product cannot be delivered within the announced delivery date due to our circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
Please check your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order.

2. Returns and exchanges
We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an accident such as the one below occurs during delivery, we will cover the costs of returning or exchanging the product:

・If the product is damaged or soiled.
・When a product different from the order is delivered.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any of the above reasons, please contact us at the address below within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will contact you by e-mail to the contact information provided at the time of ordering.
However, if the product cannot be exchanged for a sold out product, discontinued product, limited product, etc., the product price and transfer fee will be refunded.

3. Important point
In addition, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of products due to customer's convenience.
Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Products that have passed 8 days or more after arrival.
・Products that the customer has used once.
・Products that have been damaged or defaced by the customer.
・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer.
・When accessories such as product boxes, tags, and instructions are defaced, damaged, or lost.

All the products we handle in our store have cleared the manufacturer's quality standards.
We do business with the understanding that minor scratches, dents, dents and distortions in the material that are unavoidable during manufacturing are non-defective products, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
